We teach fundamental techniques from assorted grappling arts, primarily jiu jitsu, along with boxing and corresponding agility training, cardio and stretching. We discuss the rules, strategies and history of grappling. Students are encouraged to spar(positional wrestling), work boxing combinations and hold mitts for each other. We talk about the right to delf-defense and provide a step-by-step process to manage situations involving bullies.

We collaborate with local academies to bring our top students, who are in good standing and have a desire to pursue a career in professional grappling, to train with their competition teams and enter tournaments.
